As an IT Support Specialist, you will work as a part of a dynamic and collaborative team assisting our regional offices with top-tier technical support based from Atlanta. You will be a key part of our IT team and work closely with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, provide technical support to maintain the company’s hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance.
