As a DEI Support Associate, you will be reporting to the Managing Director, Human Resources helping to assist in developing, implementing and supporting programs to further Bridge’s DEI mission. The primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, and data management.
As a DEI Support Associate, you will be working alongside the Managing Director, Human Resources to develop and manage a DEI action plan and aid in executing the DEI strategy. You should be passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs. You will be joining a team that is looking for someone to come in and collaborate with to help bring Bridge’s DEI mission to life, a role where you will continuously grow and learn.
