Bridge's Renewable Energy Fund Manager implements an an infrastructure strategy benefitting from Bridge’s broader real estate investment strategy targeting value-add assets including commercial office, multifamily, industrial and single-family rental assets across the US. We are working to develop 700 megawatts of clean power creation in our first solar fund. Building on Bridge's deep industry expertise and multi-cycle track record as a seasoned owner/operator, Bridge Renewable Energy (also known as Bridge Solar) offers specialized opportunities to develp and acquire well-located, high-quality solar PV resources. This allows us to take advantage of accretive incentives and renewable energy credit metrrics while also increasing utitlization of unused roof space, ultimately helping to create value and making intentional progress in meeting Bridges overall larger ESG goals.
What will you need?
As Vice President of Asset Management you will work closely with Director of Asset Management and solar team managing approxivmately 50%our new development assets. This is both a qualitative and quantitative position requiring strong analytical, critical thinking and writing skills with direct responsibility over solar properties held by our Bridge Solar Energy Development Fund. The position will oversee a team of analysts, and paralegals/or attorneys who will assist in the underwriting of existing asset purchases, development, documentation, financing, and administration of asset management tasks.
