As Tenant Service Coordinator you are working alongside the property management team supporting the Property Manager and Engineering Team. You will largely have responsibility for contract management and accounting responsibilities of the property management team. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for tenants by serving as a first level of escalation for any customer service or building related issues.
