What will you be doing?

As Vice President of Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS) you will be a leader on the Bridge Office centralized resource team and will be responsible for energy and sustainability programs and policies.  You will manage overall energy technology platforms that enable efficient service delivery, ensure the meeting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain alignment for tracking and reporting of requirements. The role includes responsibility for the oversight of the Bridge Solar Initiative, including implementation, operations and strategy. You must have experience in energy solutions development and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, as you will be tasked with creating value added solutions for our enterprise and properties. The role requires regular interaction with leadership, clients, service providers, operational and support staff and will be part of a fast-paced environment consistently charged with handling multiple demands and priorities. As such, you must have the ability to develop and present executive level business cases and be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make high-quality decisions. The role is critical to the success in driving energy and sustainability performance management and process improvement.

What you should bring

What you will need?

  • BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, environmental), Masters preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with energy conservation, energy management, performance contracting, program management, and/or energy engineering ideally in a Commercial Real Estate or similar setting.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems across a variety of building types including commercial offices and datacenters.
  • Energy procurement knowledge and experience
  • Experience and interest in new BI technologies; ability to learn, vet and recommend new technologies for the benefit of the client
  • Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) highly desired.  LEED accreditation preferred.
  • You must have superb people management and documentation skills and deliver thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage and manipulate data, as well as proven experience delivering senior level presentations and recommendations
  • Self-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • The position will be based in Atlanta, GA
